Detached Chalet with luxury wellness in Piesendorf

At a unique spot on the southern slope of Piesendorf with breathtaking views of a magnificent mountain landscape lies the luxurious Chalet Sonnenheim. The hiking and biking trails start at the front door. The ski areas of Zell am See, the glacier of Kaprun (Oct. to May) Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel are within easy reach. Piesendorf itself also has a small ski resort. Great for tobogganing and for children. The golf courses of Zell am See, Mittersill and Saalfelden are also a short distance away. The space You have the whole house at your disposal as well as the garden with a magnificent view. It is modern, warm and comfortably furnished with high quality furniture and beds. There is plenty of light and space. You have a spacious living room with fireplace and a separate dining area with a large dining table for 14 people. An open kitchen as well as a conservatory with work desk and lounge chairs. From the living room and conservatory you have access to the private garden that is lockable for children and is equipped with 3 terraces with lots of privacy, so that everyone can enjoy peace, sun or shade as needed. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as: a large induction hob with 5 cooking zones, Quooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large refrigerator. There is everything else one needs. The 1st bedroom is on the ground floor. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with "Rainschower". In the basement is the 5th bedroom for 4 people as well as a luxurious Wellness with sauna, whirlpool, shower and relaxation corner. In the basement, there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, ironing board, iron, two camping beds with mattress, baby bath, changing mat and two high chairs. There is also a separate ski storage room with ski boot heater and bike rack. The house is equipped with a Grander water vitalization system, giving you vitalized water for drinking, cooking and showering. In addition, the bedrooms are electrosmog-free, so you are assured of a good night's sleep. Guest access You have the entire house at your disposal as well as the garden with beautiful views of the mountains of the Hohe Tauern. Other things to note In Piesendorf, €2.55 tourist tax per night must be paid per person (over the age of 15). You can therefore use public transport for free throughout the Salzburgerland. Renting linen and towels costs 15€,- per set and is mandatory. One set includes a towel and a bath towel. After booking, an invoice will be sent for this.
