Parking right in front of the building. 5 min walk to charming restaurants and perfect grocery store. No extra cleaning fee, when left in clean condition. Pets on request Max. adults 3, 2 adults 2 children welcome. Community tax extra but guest card provided with many free extras. The space Very special apartment in historical building with contemporary Art and furniture very cozy and comfortable. A lot of light and air due to the high ceilings.Good to be here even off season.Bring some some films and cuddle in.Take a walk to near by restaurants or buy excellent decently priced food at the Edeka market within walking distance. Guest access Whole apartment and deck, 3 steps from the deck to the house owned little park. Other things to note washer and dryer in the building, not in the apartment ! To use on request, easy! There is everything in the apartment for daily use like towels, sheets, dishes pots and pans glasses ect. Some items like paper towels ect only for first days.. So not like a hotel.
