My stylish, ground-floor apartment is located in a secluded area with no through-traffic, only 5 minutes’ walk from the High Street. It is in an elevated position overlooking Loch Linnhe and has a dedicated parking space. It’s ideal as a base for both romantic getaways and outdoor exploits and I offer discounts for longer stays. The space The spacious ground-floor apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and hallway. It is immaculately and luxuriously decorated throughout in a modern, understated style with a subtle Scottish theme. The bedroom is sumptuously appointed around a superking bed. The bed can also be split into two singles, just let me know which you would prefer when you book. The view from the bedroom window looks across to Loch Linnhe. There is also a 22" HD TV with Freesat receiver in case you find it challenging to leave the comfort of the bed. The large, elegant living room has a comfortable two-seater sofa and armchair in front of an electric fire. The sofa can be converted to a double bed and has a memory-foam mattress. There is a 40" Ultra HD TV with Freesat recorder and a Blu-Ray/DVD player and a small collection of DVDs. A dining table and 3 chairs are set to one side. A selection of books and local guides is provided for your visit. The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with all the crockery and equipment you are likely to need during your stay, including kettle, Nespresso pod machine, toaster, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a double-width walk-in shower with rainfall head and a heated towel rail. Central heating and hot water are supplied by a combi-boiler and can be set to a temperature of your choosing. There is an understairs cupboard containing a washer-dryer. Free high-speed broadband internet through WiFi is provided. There is a small patio with table and chairs and views to Loch Linnhe which you are welcome to use when the weather permits. At the back of the patio is a padlocked shed which you can use for storing equipment such as bikes and skis. A single parking space is located to the rear of the apartment. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, patio and shed for the duration of your stay. Please make yourself at home and enjoy the luxury! Other things to note General things to note: The apartment comes with one dedicated parking space visible from the bedroom window. Seaview Terrace itself is steep and access to the parking space can be tight. You are welcome to use the lockable shed for storage. Internal dimensions are 2m x 1.4m. The ceiling is 1.8m high at its lowest point. The door is 0.7m wide by 1.7 high. It is accessed through the patio via several steps. Covid-19: I have adopted Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol. I provide extra cleaning supplies, including the above products effective against the covid-19 virus, to allow you to clean and sanitise during your stay if you wish to.
