The space This large modern spacious apartment takes up the lower level of our home, is completely separate, with all separate entrances, private and includes a light open plan living area with oh so close sea views, internet and Netflix are provided free of charge. A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, gas stove and microwave, dining table, lounge room (with sofa bed) and off a small hallway is a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a laundry with a washer and a dryer and a private bedroom with queen bed and built in robes. All windows have roller shutters for privacy and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner and a puratap. You have your own patio out the front for you to sit with a drink and enjoy the views. Your own car park right at the door and fast wifi. Guest access There is parking for 1 car up the driveway at the apartment door. If you don't have a car no worries - the train is a 10 min walk away up a slight hill. Views of the Hallett Cove Beach from the apartment are worth seeing and the beach is most famous for exploring the rock pools, visiting the Conservation Park's interpretative walking trail or taking the children to the Nature playground and BBQs are also available. If you like to cycle you can join the Coast to Vines Walking and Cycling Trail which goes through Hallett Cove. Other things to note The apartment offers its own laundry so if you are travelling it makes it so easy to catch up on a bit of washing, repack and you are ready to go again. A full kitchen is also in the apartment with a large refrigerator, coffee pod machine, gas stove and microwave. Free internet and netflix are provided for guests use.
