A tasteful palette of furnishings and appliances are meticulously appointed in the kitchen, meals & living areas. The gourmet kitchen is a pleasure to utilise, so much space, cupboards, equipped with quality appliances and accessories. The adjoining butlers pantry is a superb bonus for extra preparation. The open plan area is cooled by a split system air-conditioner, the living area provides comfort with a leather modular lounge facing the warming gas wall mounted fireplace, delightful in the cooler months, the reverse side of this room provides a second living area with a second lounge suite, fireplace and a large wall mounted smart TV. Wi-Fi is provided. Adjoining the butlers pantry is the fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, storage and cleaning appliances.
