With great south-facing, outdoor terraces; the ground floor terraces is furnished with comfortable seating, large BBQ area, dining table & chairs. The private 8x4m pool (which can be heated off season at additional cost) and sunbeds are located on the lower patio, which is gated for child safety – great for families with kids! There is also a lovely, spacious roof terrace upstairs, comfortably furnished and with the added benefit of a table tennis table. Inside, the villa has a large open plan living and dining area. The kitchen which is set to one side is well equipped (including a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher). Patio doors lead out from the dining side to the outdoor eating area with built in BBQ, and from the living area to the outside terrace too. The villa has comfortable sofas and a large screen TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The two twin bedrooms (one of which can be configured as a double if requested) share a bathroom with a shower unit and the double master bedroom is en-suite with a bath and overhead shower.
