The apartment at your disposal has a separate entrance and consists of a room used as a kitchen area (fully equipped) and a living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bright double bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower and a storage room with washing machine for a total of 55 sqm + 25 sqm of covered terrace with lake view equipped with large table, chairs and outdoor seating area. A built-in barbecue and snack corner with table and stone benches in the shade of a beautiful centuries-old beech tree are also available for guests. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor private parking, accessed from the main road through a moderately sloping dirt road about 25 ml long.
