The space The spacious apartment has two bedrooms, a TV room with double sofa bed, 55 "Ultra HD Smart TV and Blue ray player, a two-piece kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink and bathtub. The living room has a big sofa, an extendable dining table with 7 comfy chairs, a Stereo Audio system and fast Wi-Fi. You find chic and cozy bedrooms (one with private bathroom, with more than 6 people the sofa in the living room with a box-spring topper can serve as another place to sleep. The fully equipped two-part kitchen is equipped with a variety of kitchen appliances, dishwasher and 4 hotplates. In summer you can sunbathe or hold a barbecue and eat on the large terrace with a view over the spa park. Guest access The house has ONE parking space for a car or 2-3 motorcycles, and the location is hard to beat: in the middle of town and yet traffic-free above the spa park, the town square and the shopping center can be reached on foot from the front door in 3 minutes. You can walk to the “Kurparkstuben” restaurant and the mini golf and playground in under a minute. Even the well-known ski lift carousel and the bike park can be walked if necessary (distance 1.2 km)! But why should you, because the S40 bus stops 50m from the front door and takes you to the lift entrance within minutes? In the park itself you will find mini golf courses, table tennis, a children's playground, fitness facilities and an outdoor stage. It is a stone's throw to the Oversum's swimming pool and wellness area. We still can't believe it ourselves! Other things to note Skiers, motorcyclists and cyclists are warmly welcome!
