Totally refurbished with excellent new beds and a view that is unbeatable. Each flat has a well equipped kitchen, full bathroom, outdoors seating area, SAT TV, very quiet in beautiful ski resort. Also ideal for summer and autumn holiday. Pure nature, no traffic, Grächen is a mainly car free village, as good a Swiss Alps get. Fab for biking, hiking, dolce far niente, 40 minutes from Zermatt, departure point for famous Europaweg Hike Grächen-Zermatt. Located at 1680m above sea level, undisturbed views, very quiet if you can deal with cow and sheep bells. 3 hours by train from Basel and Zürich. 2 hours from Bern. Totally new roof with the use of old traditional stone work. Every room is now a little 'high ceiling chalet' on it's own. Walking distance everywhere within 10 minutes. Car par 200m from the house can be arranged for 5 CHF/day. Public bus to Saas-Fee, easy connection on public transport (bus and train) to Zermatt. What else?
