The space Wooden super cozy chalet in charming mountain village in Grächen in the Swiss Alps. The house features 2 apartments - a smaller one hosting 4 and a bigger one up to 8 people, four bedrooms -one is an cozy attic room right under the roof, with a big window where you can see the snow fall right above you while in bed. - price indicated is for the bigger flat and is all in inclusive final cleaning and bedlinen. Totally refurbished with excellent new beds and a view that is unbeatable. Each flat has a well equipped kitchen, full bathroom, outdoors seating area, SAT TV, very quiet in beautiful ski resort. Also ideal for summer and autumn holiday. Pure nature, no traffic, Grächen is a mainly car free village, as good a Swiss Alps get. Fab for biking, hiking, dolce far niente, 40 minutes from Zermatt, departure point for famous Europaweg Hike Grächen-Zermatt. Located at 1680m above sea level, undisturbed views, very quiet if you can deal with cow and sheep bells. 3 hours by train from Basel and Zürich. 2 hours from Bern. Totally new roof with the use of old traditional stone work. Every room is now a little 'high ceiling chalet' on it's own. Walking distance everywhere within 10 minutes. Car par 200m from the house can be arranged for 5 CHF/day. Public bus to Saas-Fee, easy connection on public transport (bus and train) to Zermatt. What else? Absolute fab sledging path from 2340 m down to 1680m. 2 sledges for your use are waiting for you. All gear can be rented in the local sports shops. Guest access The whole apartment, 2 sunny balconies and the sitting area outdoors is all yours. Other things to note No candles. The house is an antique refurbished solid full wooden blockhouse. Dogs upon request possibly welcome.
