Holiday house Anamaria is located in the area of Porec Novo naselje, 400m from the nearest beach of Brulo and 10min walking from the city center. It has a garden with barbeque and garden furniture. At the entrance there are 2 covered parking places. The space The Anamaria holiday house, for 6 persons, is located on two floors with a surface area of 100m2. On the ground floor there is a living area with the exit to the terrace, dining area and completely accessorised kitchen, and shower/toilet. On the first floor ther are three double bedrooms, two of them with balcony and a bathroom with shower/toilet. There is aircondition and wifi included in the price. Other things to note Supplements that are not included in the price of accommodation and are paid on the day of arrival in cash: *The deposit is paid upon arrival at the house and is 100,- EUR (the deposit is returned when leaving the house after checking that there is no damage). *Pets are allowed, please specify when booking.
