Our property is situated in the tranquil setting of Abbey Beach. This is a perfect holiday home for families with secured closed in landscaped gardens while you relax in comfort under the wide verandahs encircling the house. Just 3 houses back from a lovely swimming beach & boat ramp our holiday home is stylish with plenty of communal areas to gather. Note : Dates for minimum 7 day Christmas booking are 22nd Dec - 29th Dec & minimum 7 day New Year booking are 29th Dec - 5th Jan The space Highchairs and Portacots are available to hire for $25.00 each. Please contact Down South Holiday Homes a minimum of 7 days in advance to reserve. The house is located a 1012m2 tree lined landscaped block with extensive lawn areas & garden lighting. The wide verandahs contain a table tennis table as well as table soccer, while the little ones have the play house & swing set to entertain themselves. The house is stylish & relaxed, furnished to create a holiday feel with plenty of communal areas to gather. There is plenty of parking available & for swimmers, fisherman & skiers the beach/ boat ramp is just 100m away. ACCOMODATION DETAILS - Bedrooms & Bathrooms In all there are 4 bedrooms one of which is the master bedroom with WIR & ensuite. There are 2 more large bedrooms in the house serviced by a seperate toilet & large bathroom. All 3 bedrooms contain queen size beds. The outdoor sleep out which faces onto the back lawn is only 1 m from the main house & contains a Queen bed, & a set of bunks that consist of a dble bed & a single. The room also has a TV & small couch. There is also a sunroom with a 2nd TV that has a couch / dble bed which can be used as overflow sleeping accom. - Kitchen The fully equipped integrated galley style kitchen features an island bench breakfast bar & plenty of space for food preparation. There is an induction cooktop, excellent oven for gourmet cooks, fridge freezer, microwave & dble sink. - Entertainment & Living Areas The main living room has a large 4 seater couch & 2 x 3 seater couches. Within this area is a 60" TV that has netflix , the room also has a log fire (wood supplied) & large book case with numerous books & DVD's The kitchen area has a large table that easily accommodates 10 plus a large buffet containing a variety of glassware. The sunroom (off the kitchen) is a perfect place to relax with a good book on the large 4 seater couch. The area also has a another couch / bed where a 2nd TV is situated for the children to watch netflix movies. The back verandah contains an outdoor setting with seating for 7 surrounding a glass top table where meals can be eaten. This area also has a full size table tennis table with bats & balls supplied. The front verandah is a perfect place to get the morning sun, there is an outdoor 4 seater couch as well as 2 cane chairs in this space. The verandah also houses the BBQ (gas supplied) & table soccer. - Additional Features - Wi Fi - BBQ - 3 TV's Note: sleep out TV only suitable for playing DVD's - Seperate Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Guests are welcome to bring their own if required. - Location Abbey Beach is perfectly located to access numerous wineries. We are 10 mins from Busselton township & 12 mins from Dunsborough. Margaret river is a 25min drive. Within walking distance is a bottle shop, pizza / cafe, fish & chip shop. Also within walking distance is Amelia park lodge containing a boutique brewery as well as a 5 star Restaurant ( Newton House) In addition there is a country market at the end of our street, open Thurs to Sunday. We are only 3 houses back from the beach where the calm blue waters of geograph bay beckon. Dropping your boat in the Bay is so easy, at the end of out street is an excellent boat ramp.
