Yallingup’s best located beach house is the most northerly house on the “Hill”, Yallingup’s prime area. Adjacent to the National Park, overlooking the surf breaks, and an easy stroll (100 metres) to Yallingup beach. The house has a large balcony with panoramic views to all surf breaks and Sugarloaf Rock. It is ideal for families or for groups of friends. It is an old style beach house (recently extensively renovated). It's light, white and open in the “Hamptons” style. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The beach house is ideal for families or for groups of friends. The kitchen is in the open living area and has a bench with bar stools, so the cook can keep in touch with the other guests. The living area has three comfortable sofas and a large dining table. It opens onto the balcony area which has a smaller dining table and BBQ if you choose to cook outside. The living room is complete with a comfortable lounge area to talk or watch TV and DVD. There is a separate living area downstairs, ideal for kids to hang out. Fresh quality linen (including freshly laundered doonas) and bath towels are provided. For those settling into an extended holiday, the property's laundry provides a top loading washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. There is a cold water outside shower, to freshen up when you return from the beach.
