Chalet with panoramic view of Lake Constance

You are lucky, you can rent this beautiful detached little spot of land above the transverse axis of Lake Constance and above the rooftops of Bregenz. The impressively located, charming and cozy house with chalet flair sits freely on the Pfänderrücken and is certainly one of the most extraordinary refuges on Lake Constance. It has a 340-degree panoramic view of Lake Constance. The space From the Pfänderrücken ridge, you can see a fantastic alpine panorama with Szesaplana, Säntis, etc. over the Rhine valley, directly to the city of Bregenz with the harbor and the festival grounds, further over Lake Constance, the beautiful island of Lindau and the Allgäu behind it. On some days, the other side of Lake Constance, i.e. Konstanz with the Konstanz Cathedral, is very visible to the naked eye. Here you can enjoy the sun from early in the morning to one of the most unforgettable sunsets over the mountains or in summer over Lake Constance. This depends on the season of your stay. The house has beautifully located terraces, an open fireplace in the living room, a panoramic swimming pool 8 x 4 m and a Finnish sauna. The architecture with the spacious covered terrace gives the feeling of being in an eagle's nest high above the city of Bregenz and the lake, and yet you are embedded in the middle of the great outdoors. You feel sublime and yet protected and can enjoy the breathtaking weather and natural spectacles undisturbed. The house was built in 1973. In 2016, some renovations took place. It has a cozy living room with dining area, three double rooms, a single room, a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet with access to the Finnish sauna. Other things to note Since the house is located on a slope and there is a swimming pool on the premises, I would like to point out that there is a corresponding duty of supervision, especially for small children and adolescents.
