Very well equipped and comfortably accommodating up to 11 people, the house is located in a quiet neighbourhood by the Saône river. GROUND FLOOR A large living room with a big sofa, flat-screen TV and the original bar. In a row: a cinema area, a large laundry room, a games room with sofa and foosball, and a separate toilet. FIRST FLOOR A kitchen open onto the dining room, fully equipped (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and utensils). In the dining room, a pool table that converts into a large table, and a piano. Two bedrooms with a double bed and storage, and a first bathroom with bathtub and toilet. SECOND FLOOR Two bedrooms with a double bed, a spacious bedroom with bunk beds (2 people) and a single bed, and a second bathroom with a large shower, towel warmer and hairdryer, plus a separate toilet. FOR YOUR COMFORT Air conditioning throughout the house, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Linens and towels provided. Free Wifi. For little ones: 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs.
