It offers you the following services: *On the ground floor - A beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa with a large flat screen TV. You will also find a bar as well as in the enfilade of the room, a cinema room. - The latter serves a large laundry room, a games room with sofa and foosball and a separate toilet. *On the first floor - A kitchen, open to the dining room, with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, machine coffee, and cooking utensils. In the dining room you will find the piano with a large table convertible billiard. - This floor also has two bedrooms each with a double bed and storage space. As well as a first bathroom with bath and toilet. *On the second floor - A corridor serves several spaces including two bedrooms each with a double bed, a spacious room with a bunk bed that sleeps 2 people and a single bed. - A second bathroom, clean and well maintained, with a large shower, sink, towel dryer, hairdryer is also available on this floor. Finally, there is a separate toilet. For your comfort you will also have at your disposal air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
