Refined and modern three-room apartment of 90 square meters equipped with every comfort with external express laundry service, bright balcony with elegant entrance in a period building on the corner with the heart of Via Veneto, the street of the "dolce vita" and home to the most prestigious hotels in Rome such as Excelsior, Marriott, Palace and others; located 80 meters away from Villa Borghese, the most important park in the city, 200 meters from Piazza Barberini, 10 minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi and Piazza del Popolo The space This apartment is located on the 5th floor with an elevator, consists of a living room with an open kitchen and an adjacent bathroom, two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, and is equipped with a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a printer, independent heating/hot water, a cold/hot air conditioning system, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. The apartment is developed from the entrance immediately to the right with the first bedroom perfectly furnished with a double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables, a large wardrobe equipped with a safe, luggage rack, ironing board and iron, desk with armchair, support bench at the bottom of the bed, large console with 42"Smart TV and internal fridge. The windowed bathroom consists of a large sink, toilet, bidet, and shower stall, and is equipped with a hairdryer and a clothesline for small hand laundry. Continuing from the entrance, immediately to the left, there is a large living room with an elegant open kitchen equipped with a large sink, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine with pods, toaster, equipped with cutlery, plates, pots and dishes; in the living room there is a dining table and chairs for 6 people with a wall sofa, a double sofa bed (160x190cm) with two tables, magazine rack, storage cabinet and a 48" Smart TV; adjacent there is a bathroom with a small sink, toilet and shower. At the end of the living room to the right is the second bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm) inserted in a modern and elegant bridge wardrobe with light points and storage consoles or cup holders on the sides of the bed; the wardrobe is equipped with an ironing board and iron, luggage rack and a safe. In front of the bed with a bench at the bottom of the bed there is a desk with an armchair, a large wall console, a fridge, a 42" Smart TV; the private bathroom consists of two sinks, a toilet, a bidet, a large shower cabin, equipped with a hairdryer and a clothesline. At the Guest's request, we offer an external laundry service for personal clothing for a fee with home collection by 12 noon and return of clean laundry within 24 hours of collection. * For hygiene and safety reasons, the apartment is non-smoking. * Pets are not allowed in the apartment. * The Host is never responsible for guests' personal items and documents left inside the apartment. At the guest's request, we can offer, through an external company, airport transfers with payment directly to the driver at an average cost of €90.00. Adjacent to the apartment, it is possible to park for free if there are white stripes, or for a fee if there are blue stripes. Alternatively, we can offer a paid garage or outdoor valet service nearby. The Host will provide each individual Guest with a free change of bath towels and bed linen every three days. If the Guest requests an extra change, the cost for each set of towels will be €3.50, the same for bed linens will be €7.00. The Host will provide a free daily cleaning and tidying service for the apartment from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Outside the above hours, the service will cost €20.00. The off-rate tourist tax is €5.00 per night per person for a maximum of ten nights excluding children under the age of ten. To facilitate the check-in process, each Guest is required to provide a copy of their identification document for the purpose of communicating to the Rome Tourist Office, which as Host we are required to perform according to the law.
