There's a plasma TV with Apple TV, a huge modular leather sofa with plenty of books and games for your enjoyment. The kitchen has dishwasher, coffee machine and a dining table that seats 8. There is free WiFi. The living room opens out to the deck that has a large covered section for alfresco dining and there's the separate section of the deck for reading and relaxing.
