The space The Jacaranda House is a recently renovated home, 5 bedrooms fully furnished in Prestons, a quiet, safe family suburb, perfectly located in a central spot, perfectly located only 5 minutes walk to brand new Prestons Place Shopping Centre. Close to all major motorways M5 and M7 and M4 Freeways. The house is only a short 5 minutes drive to Edmondson Train Station, easy access to Sydney Airport, CBD and conveniently close to all major Restaurants and Shopping Centres. The house is an enormous double storey home, making it well suited for couples, families and business stays. The house offers individualised air-conditioning and heating in each room, heating/cooling system. The property can accommodate up to 10 people. The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with bath tub, separate shower/toilet and basins while the main spacious bathroom has a massive separate walk through shower, bath tub and double basins & separate toilet. The large modern designer kitchen is fully equipped with a massive designer Smeg oven with 9 stove tops, and 2 ovens, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern Miele dishwasher and modern cooking appliances. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided. A fully equipped laundry includes modern Miele washing machine and LG dryer, iron and an ironing board. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full if reported. LONG TERM STAY PLEASE NOTE! HOUSE-KEEPER TO MAINTAIN THE GARDEN NOTE: ACCESS WILL NOT BE THROUGH THE HOUSE. Once a week, our house keeper/ family member/ neighbours have been arranged to come feed the fish and the rabbit and tend to the garden. We will always let you know one week prior to the housekeeper coming.
