The space The spacious apartment has an open living area with flat screen SMART TV, complete with free WIFI and Netflix. located on the ground floor with no steps to enter, and access to a single private lock-up garage. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook up a storm and a Nespresso coffee machine for those who can’t live without their morning coffee. With outdoor dining & BBQ, the patio provides the perfect place for you to sit back and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening meal. The master bedroom has a plush queen bed for you to melt away in, as well as an ensuite and a private outdoor area to offer a little parents retreat. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, double on the bottom as well as a pull out trundle bed which can be made up for an extra guest upon request. The second bathroom has a shower/bath combo and toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer is also conveniently located in the unit. The apartment is also equipped with a cot, high chair and stroller to make it a little easier on travelling families. This property has one car parking space with its own private lock-up garage (unfortunately this is not suitable for large vehicles). Please note visitor parking is available however it is limited. There is also street parking available but please note this is timed and limited. Other things to note *The lock-up garage is available for your use however it has low clearance so may not fit all 4WD type vehicles (It's 2010mm high and 2400mm wide). Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our home with respect. If any problems arise, we will endeavour to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. *Please note the visitor parking spots are not available for overnight guest use, these spots are for visitors only. Please park in the garage. *There is a jetty which you may use during the day to tether your boat. Please keep in mind this is a shared jetty and boats cannot be tied here overnight. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
