Ideally located just a 2mins walk to Ocean St, 10mins to Sunshine Plaza, and 15mins to Cotton Tree and Maroochydore CBD. The space This riverfront ground floor apartment has an open living area with two sofas, AC unit, flat screen smart TV, complete with free WIFI and Netflix. Located on the ground floor with no steps to enter, and access to a single private lock-up garage. The kitchen is well equipped for those who like to cook up a storm and a Nespresso coffee pod machine for those who can’t live without their morning coffee. With outdoor dining & BBQ, the patio provides the perfect place for you to sit back and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening meal. Bedroom 1: Includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and a connecting private patio. Bathroom 1 (ensuite): Shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed and a single bed, providing a comfortable setup for additional guests. Bathroom 2: Features a shower-over-bath combination and toilet. Laundry: Located within bathroom 2, with a washing machine and dryer. The apartment is also equipped with a porta cot and high chair to make it a little easier on travelling families. This property has one car parking space with its own small private lock-up garage (unfortunately this is not suitable for large vehicles). Please note visitor parking is available however it is limited. There is also street parking available but please note this is timed and limited. Guest access You will have complete access to the apartment, private patio, outside grassed area which is shared and small single lockup garage. Other things to note *The lock-up garage is available for your use however it has low clearance so may not fit all 4WD type vehicles (It's 2010mm high and 2400mm wide). Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our home with respect. If any problems arise, we will endeavour to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. *Please note the visitor parking spots are not available for overnight guest use, these spots are for visitors only. Please park in the garage. *There is a jetty which you may use during the day to tether your boat. Please keep in mind this is a shared jetty and boats cannot be tied here overnight. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
