The home is an 8 to 25 minute (4 to 10 km) drive from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues in the Lake Garlate area. The home is 19 minutes (9 km) from Taxi beach on Lake Garlate. You can climb the trails to Monte Magnodeno, the famous Monte Resegone to the Azzoni hut or hike the Vie del Viandante. The Erve area has a variety of cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and lake landscape.
