During the holidays, rental is a weekly rental. Excluding school holidays,three nights minimum. Fixed fee sheets +cleaning: €250 per stay. from 15/10 to 31/03 : 180€/night (€162 from 7 days, i.e. €1384 per week) from 1/04 to 14/10 : 150€/night (€135 from 7 days, i.e. €1195 per week ) The Gîte des Baconnets, is located in Audière, a small hamlet of Montagne in Trièves, east of the Vercors Natural Park. It's the whole of a large, cozy home. The space It is the whole of a large warm house, in a quiet and natural environment, close to hiking routes. The gîte is over two levels. On the ground floor, 1 bedrooms and a very large kitchen room, dining room, living room with a convertible and a fireplace (75m2), which can accommodate all the inhabitants of the house ... The entire ground floor space is wheelchair accessible, the bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower. The view of the Obiou and the Dévoluy massif is grandiose! A covered terrace and a large garden to enjoy the environment, children can play ... On the first level, 3 bedrooms and a living room equipped with a convertible. Ideal for holidays for multiple families, generations, or with friends. Sheets and duvets will be at your disposal on the beds, we will let you arrange them. Please bring your own bath towels. Friendly pets are welcome. The cottage is equipped with 2 fire extinguishers and 4 smoke detectors.
