As the beds can be split to make singles It is ideal for groups of walkers, golfers and a bonus is that it is on the whisky trail! It is perfect for companies as up to 8 employees can be accommodated at any given time. The space The bungalow has been internally redesigned with three large bedrooms each having their own bathrooms which makes it an ideal location for friends travelling as a group as bathrooms do not need to be shared. The lounge comfortably seats 8 people. There is a wood burning stove which really adds to the comfort as well as the TV which is connected to the internet for games etc. The free wifi is fast but is not fibre. The kitchen diner is large and comfortably seats 8 around the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, 5 burner cooker and sufficient pots and pans for cooking a full meal. There is also kitchen scales and food mixer plus spices etc. There is a second television in the kitchen. Outside there are three main areas, patio, upper grassed patio and main lawn. The patio is ideal for younger children as it is securely gated. The property is ideal for entertaining if you have family and friends in and around Elgin. A charcoal barbeque is provided for the summer months. The drive will accommodate 4 large cars comfortably and there is additional parking outside. Guest access Access is via keys held in a coded key box by the utility room door. The key code is given out once all bookings are confirmed and payment made. There is no damage deposit as all liabilities are covered in the rental agreement. Other things to note For walkers and golfers there are drying hooks in the utility room adjacent to a vertical radiator. Elgin golf course is a 5 minute walk away.
