The holiday home consists of a large living room with sofa bed for 2 guests, dining area and kitchenette, 2 basic double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The air conditioning is in the living room. The surroundings of Casetta di Silvia in Pescoluse, Salve Casetta di Silvia is a basic but cozy apartment, ideal for holidays near the sea. It`s in Pescoluse, well-known seaside location near Salve, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and awarded crystal clear sea. In Pescoluse, seaside location, there are many restaurants and cafs, but also mini-markets, newsstand, tobacco shops, pharmacy and so much more. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner in the living room. - The property is on the basement floor. - Please note that upon arrival you are required to pay the deposit of 100 euros by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, unless the damage is confirmed.
