Alghero is located an 18-minute drive (8.5 km) from the property, where you will find a multitude of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, while the closest beach, Lido di Alghero, is a 12-minute drive 7 km away. The lovely beaches of Bombarde (18-minute drive / 12.8 km) and Lazzaretto (18-minute drive / 13.3 km), as well as the park of Porto Conte (20-minute drive / 16.5 km) are also only a short drive away. The town of Stintino with the beautiful Pelosa beach is 51 km (45-minute drive) away. You can embark on day trips along the coastline from the nearby port (8.2 km / 17-minute drive) or drive to the famous caves of Neptune in 35 minutes (19.5 km). The airport is 13 km (16-minute drive) away. Parking spaces are available on the property. There are 2 animals, a dog and the house owner’s horse, already living on the property. The horse is not visible from the apartment, though. Pets are allowed but need to stay in the outdoor area. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
