3 bed detached villa pool & WiFi Arrifana, Aljezur

Casa Chico is a well presented 3 bedroom detached house with Pool and fast fibre WiFi, just 10mins walk to the beautiful Arrifana Beach and local restaurants. The house is conveniently located to many fantastic beaches where surfing and water sports take centre stage, whilst the nearest golf course just a 25 min drive away. The space Casa Chico is a detached Villa with 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom on the top floor has a kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom with bath/shower bidet and toilet and a balcony/sea views over looking the pool. Also on the top floor is a large twin room with ensuite shower and toilet. The 3rd bedroom is a double, located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has ample closet space with bedside cabinets and chest of drawers. Also on the ground floor there is a light and spacious open plan lounge with patio doors on one side to the garden and pool and patio doors to a raised terrace at the font. Inside there is with wood burner and fully equipped kitchen/diner plus separate enclosed area for washing machine, with an Iron and Ironing board. There is a further bathroom with bath/shower toilet and bidet located next to bedroom 3. Casa Chico has WiFi Internet, LG 43" Ultra HD 4K SMART TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Apps, Hi-Fi with IPod connection, DVD player and and extensive DVD library. The house is surrounded by gardens and has a large south west facing sunterrace and 8m swimming pool (not heated), BBQ area with terrace, a separate covered terrace, ample sun loungers, and 2 sets of table and chairs for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guest access The villa is provided with Linen and towels (but no beach towels) which are changed weekly. Cleaning also occurs weekly. All windows are double glazed with electric shutters. The villa is suitable for babies but not for toddlers as there is no cover for the pool. No pets please, and no smoking inside the villa, thank you. Cots and high chairs can be hired for a small additional fee. Welcome packs arranged on request. Please note that toilets in Portugal can be susceptible to blockage with excess use of toilet paper, so we would prefer guests to use the bins provided in each bathroom to dispose of their toilet paper. Please also note that once the booking has been finalised, we require guests to complete our Booking and Confirmation form, which we will email to you directly. This is to comply with Portuguese immigration laws, which require owners to collect passport details for all foreign visitors to Portugal for further registration on the Portuguese Immigration website. Arrifana is a short walk with its big wave point break and excellent long and short board beach breaks. Canal is a 5min drive off road, with yet another right point break and beach breaks stretching all the way to Vale da Figueiras and beyond .Monte Clerigo and Amoreira (Aljezur Beach) are also a 5min drive, whilst Carrapateira and Amado are a 30 min drive .Surfboard hire and surf schools are available at Arrifana & Monte Clerigo and Amoreira .There are surf shops in Vale da Telha , Vales and 2 in Alezur. With beaches facing different aspects there is nearly always surf somewhere and very few flat days, even in summer. The surf here can be very powerful so please take care and treat the sea with utmost respect.
