Les Arbres is a quality renovated, well presented village house and garden set in the small, attractive village of Serres et Montguyard in the Dordogne. Whilst benefitting from all mod-cons and quality furnishings, it retains its traditional French charm. Its generous size means it's perfect for 2 families to stay, in the knowledge that there will be plenty of room to enjoy and relax. The space The large house and fully fenced garden and terraces are perfect for enjoying time together, but with space for everyone to relax on their own if they want. Enjoy meals and BBQs outside with plenty of seating round the large dining table, relax on sun loungers on the house and pool terraces. If you feel energetic, why not have a game of table tennis or badminton? If a more relaxing game appeals, then try a game of croquet or boules. All the facilities Les Arbres has to offer lend itself as a perfect 'home from home' for a family holiday. Guest access The entire property is for the sole use of the guests, including the large, heated swimming pool, garden and parking area (3 cars). You will be sent details of access arrangements within 2 weeks of your arrival. Other things to note Please note that the pool will be cleaned mid-week during your stay. It is heated from mid-April to the end of September. It's possible to keep the pool heated in October if you book for stays during that month. During the summer season, our maintenance company will not only clean the pool, but also may need to cut the grass. We hope that this won't affect your holiday in any way. An extra charge of £30.00 per person per night will be added when more than 6 people are booked into Les Arbres.
