The house was renovated in 2016 and is located on its own fully fenced plot. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 32 sqm, a covered terrace with seating, a trampoline, a table football table, a jacuzzi, 4 parking spaces and a barbecue. Villa Manovel for 8 people with a total area of 128 sqm consists of two separate units. In the first unit we find a living room, a kitchen, a dining table, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor we find two double bedrooms, one of them with private bathroom and access to the terrace. In the second unit on the first floor we find a living room, a kitchen, a dining table. On the second floor there is a double room with private bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
