You'll have exclusive use of the entire house, conveniently located in the heart of Lyndoch village and a short walk to restaurants, wineries, shops and galleries. With space, elegance and natural surrounds, it's the perfect base from which to explore the Barossa region The space We've recently purchased this beautiful property, which was originally built as The New Lord Lyndoch Hotel in 1855. Steeped in Barossa Valley heritage it's been used as a hotel, courthouse, council chambers, delicatessen and a coffee palace prior to being faithfully restored as a grand private residence in more recent times. It's ideal for large groups and sleeps 14 people across 7 bedrooms. There's plenty of space to relax in one of the lounge rooms, the magnificent entertainment room with billiard table, or on the wide front balcony or rear balcony. The unique basement bedroom features an antique cast iron spiral staircase flagstone slate floor. The huge farmhouse kitchen is well equipped and ready for dinner parties. There are three and a half bathrooms and an upstairs kitchenette, too. Original high pressed-metal celings, baltic pine floors and leadlight windows are featured throughout the property, which has been furnished with antique Barossa Valley furniture. The massive red gum trees in the rear yard are home to scores of native galahs and the occasional kookaburra. Guest access You'll have full use and access to the entire property, apart from the garage.
