Bayz on the River is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhouse in a very convenient location. Great value ! Overlooking Maroochy River. Close to beaches, shops, cinemas , restaurants . Kayaks at property to borrow Small / medium pets allowed on request (No cats) We love dogs of all shapes and sizes but we are in body corp We are happy for you to enjoy your birthday/anniversary or special occasion at our property but it is not a party house . Sorry, we have a strict no schoolies policy The space Beautiful location! Bayz on the River has beautiful views overlooking the Maroochy River to Mt. Coolum. The newly refurbished and larger Sunshine Plaza is within walking distance or a very short drive away with amazing new shops, cafes, bars and cinemas. A huge Timezone has also just been added to the Plaza. The Big Top centre has bowling and amusement arcade . The kids wont be bored! Bayz on the River has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . There is one air conditioner in the living area upstairs and ceiling fans are fitted in all other rooms. When it’s time to relax there is no need to cross the road to access the sandy beach as there is an underpass approx 50 meters from the front door to take you directly to the beach and rivers edge... or just sit on the balcony overlooking the water and enjoy watching the activities. You have endless possibilities to choose from …bike or walk your dog along the footpath, kayak along the calm Maroochy river . Cross the footbridge to Chambers Island for a picnic where kids can play on the newly updated playground. We have 3 kayaks with life jackets , boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella at the property that you are welcome to borrow. We just ask that you carry the kayaks to and from the water and not drag them as it ruins the bottom. Boats, jet ski, extra kayaks or catamaran can be hired 100 metres up the road from Swan boat hire . You can also book a seaplane tour on “Willy” Within walking distance or a short drive to Cotton Tree and Maroochydore beach. Close to Mooloolaba where the newly refurbished Wharf is definitely worth a visit. We are a vegan friendly property so no leather couches or feather quilts. Guest amenities are cruelty free. Standard rate is $220 a night which is only $36 per person if 6 guests stay... great value ...cheaper than backpackers! Although we have a one off cleaning fee of $160 we DO NOT charge for linen, towels, portacot, high chair, wifi , pets or kayaks Bus stop on Bradman ave plus courtesy buses are available to most local surf and RSL Clubs Your beds will be made up with fresh linen for your stay , we also leave a starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, doggie treats, soy milk and fruit juice. *Air conditioning in main living area, ceiling fans in all other rooms. PLEASE NOTE.. The garage that is attached to this unit is quite small so if you have a large car street parking is available YOUR PET IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE UNIT BUT NOT ON BEDS OR FURNITURE . PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DOGGIE BEDDING AND DON’T USE OUR SPARE BLANKETS. THE CLEANERS WILL CHARGE EXTRA FOR DOG HAIRS ON FURNITURE OR BEDDING.
