You can rent out the entire two-story, 3LDK home. It is conveniently located for sightseeing in Osaka and provides a comfortable space for families and friends to relax. There is no parking lot. Please use the nearby paid parking lot. Please note that the road in front of the house is narrow and it may be difficult for large cars to enter. ◆ First Floor Living Room Equipped with floor heating, keeping you warm even in winter. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed, accommodating up to two people. A TV, playing cards, and a game console are provided for family entertainment. Dining & Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, tableware, and cutlery. A water purifier is installed for clean and fresh drinking water. Basic seasonings such as salt and pepper are available. A large dining table allows up to eight people to gather and enjoy meals together. One baby chair is available. Bathroom & Washroom A washing machine, detergent, and fabric softener are provided. Amenities include bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, slippers, cotton swabs, razors, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. ◆ Second Floor Upon reaching the second floor, you will find a charming Japanese-style tatami room, offering an authentic Japanese home experience. Two Bedrooms / Japanese-style Room (Second Living Room) / Balcony / Toilet Six futons are available, accommodating up to six guests. The second living room is furnished with floor cushions and legless chairs for relaxation. The balcony has a bench where you can sit back and unwind. Area & Access The nearest major station is Tengachaya Station, served by the Nankai Railway and Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line. The house is located in a residential area, just a 4-minute walk from Tengachaya Station. For a nostalgic travel experience, the Kitatenjinchaya Station (tram station) is only a 1-minute walk away.
