This traditional stone-built villa is located outside of a traditional village surrounded by olives, oaks and Cretan herbs.It is ideal for families , couples and individuals who would like to feel the independence and the real Cretan village life. The space This traditional Cretan style stone house is situated in a quiet area in the village Skouloufia 18km from Rethymno. The villa is built in one floor layout. There is a big yard with swimming pool, barbeque area and private parking. The house has a large veranda with dining table and pergola. Ideally suitable for 5 persons there are three bedrooms in this Villa, all with view to the sea – one with double bed and terrace, one with semi-double bed and terrace and one with twin beds. There are three bedrooms one with two single beds, one with a double bed and one with a single bed , all airconditioned , each leading to a nice veranda and all sharing a spacious bath/wc with jacuzzi. A children bed is offered on request. Please let us know if you need any other specific items. Entering the house there is a spacious dining and living room on the right , traditionally decorated with a fireplace and Sat -TV with DVD and an open plan fully equipped kitchen on the left. There is also one bathroom with W/C, and hydro massage bath. The villa boasts spectacular sea views and is fully air conditioned. On the exterior of the villa there is a beautiful garden where is also the swimming pool which has a size of 25 sq m, with sunchairs and umbrellas around. Also a stone made barbeque and a nice veranda covered with a wooden pergola with beautiful views to the countryside . Our house located in the village of Skouloufia, 6km form Stavromenos and 18km form the main town of Rethymno. The nearest beach is in Stavromenos which is 6km away where you will find a choice of tavernas, supermarkets and beach area. However, the village of Skouloufia is within walking distance where you will find several cafe bars and local tavernas. It is very important to note how close is the villa to two of the most important archaiological excibitions in the county, Arkadi and Ancient Eleftherna.
