Attention: there is a playground with various play equipment, but no soccer field or other space for ball games. Soccer pitches are two km away The space Our bungalow with two apartments is located in Wobbelkow, a small town near Barth, on a single plot of land. Various shopping facilities are located in Barth, about 6 kilometers away. It is exactly 20 km to the fine sandy beach on the Darß and to Zingst. The large apartment can accommodate up to eight people and our small apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. You can do laundry here if necessary. From here you have a central starting point to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund (26 km), to Ribnitz-Damgarten (22 km), to the Hanseatic city of Rostock (50 km), to the strawberry farm Rövershagen (39 km), to the Hanseatic city of Wismar (113 km), to the Hanseatic city of Greifswald (61 km), to the island of Rügen (50 km), to the bird park Marlow (25 km). We live on the neighboring property, which is separated by the barn from the property of the bungalow. With us, you can wash for a refund of €4.00 per laundry load if necessary. Guest access The bungalow has two apartments. The entrance to the large apartment is on the west side, the small one on the east side of the bungalow. The entire apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note The cost of the final cleaning is € 55.00 if the bungalow is left in a tidy condition. An increased cleaning effort will be charged separately upon departure. Bed linen is included in the rental price. In the cool season, duvets are available and the bungalow is of course heated on arrival. No visitor's tax is charged. The rental price includes costs for normal electricity and water consumption in the amount of max. €4.00 per night. Each additional consumption is charged separately at € 0.40/kWh electricity and € 3.00/m³ water. In Barth you will find numerous shopping opportunities, such as Netto, Lidl, Aldi, famila, Rewe and Edeka. On the Darß, the discount stores are also open on Sundays from 12:00 to 18:00 in the summer months.
