Designed in a charming lakeside style, our two-story home features a spacious open-plan layout on the ground floor, with three bedrooms upstairs and newly refurbished bathrooms on both levels. The space This beautiful lodge on Spring Lake offers a cosy retreat with stunning lakeside views. The open-plan ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with a full wall of windows leading to brand-new decking. The outdoor space provides the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene views of the lake. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom, all designed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The open-plan ground floor of the lodge features a newly fitted modern kitchen, fully equipped with quality appliances such as an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave, making it ideal for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The spacious lounge/diner boasts a wall of double-glazed windows, offering uninterrupted views of the lake. Large patio doors lead out to a private deck, just steps from the water’s edge. Both the indoor and outdoor living areas comfortably accommodate up to five adults, with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco meals and drinks. Entertainment is provided by a 55″ Smart TV with wireless internet for Netflix streaming. A recently installed eco-friendly wood-burning pellet stove, with electronic ignition and self-cleaning functionality, ensures a cozy atmosphere with minimal effort. The ground floor also includes a convenient shower room with WC and hand basin, while upstairs features a newly refurbished bathroom with a large shower, bath, WC, and hand basin. The master bedroom, complete with a large picture window overlooking the lake, features a new king bed, ample hanging space, and a 32″ Smart TV with Netflix. The second double bedroom, facing the front of the property with views of the sailing lake, includes a comfortable 4’6” double bed and ample drawer storage. The versatile twin bedroom, also overlooking the sailing lake, offers a an L-shaped bunk bed and includes a 32″ Smart TV with Netflix streaming. Guest access The whole lodge is yours :) Other things to note The Lodge has one allocated parking space close to the lodge, with plenty of additional parking available close by on a first come basis. One set of bed linens, tea towels and towels for indoor use are provided for the duration of your stay, addition linen and towel changes can be arranged for an additional charge. Changeover days are flexible, the minimum booking is 3 nights except bookings between July and September when the minimum is 5 nights unless advertised differently. Our guest information folder contains all the information you will need about the property and appliances, directions to shops and supermarkets, petrol stations and cash machines etc. and our recommendations for pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We are happy to provide our mobile numbers to answer any queries you may have and have a nominated occupier on Spring Lake who can attend the property should the need arise. Arrival time is after 4.00pm and departure time by 10.00am, we may be able to negotiate these times, dependent on other same day bookings, it might be possible to arrange an earlier check in or later check out at no extra charge. Access is via a key safe, therefore it does not matter if you are arriving late at night.
