This spacious and immaculate self-contained 1-bed apartment with private access is right on the waterfront of Waiau Beach, minutes from popular Clarks Beach and only an hour from Auckland. You have a full kitchen and separate lounge which contains a sofa bed. A cot is available. On-site parking and your own separate access. If you're a bigger group, also book my other apartment and I can open the connecting door. That will give you beds for up to six people. The space Minutes from the city; miles from anywhere! You'll love dining on the deck and watching the birds, boats and fabulous sunsets. If you don't feel like cooking, there are several local Clarks Beach dining options, and Pukekohe, Waiuku and Papakura are all less than 30 minutes away with other extensive dining options. Guest access You need your own transport in this district. Usually off-street parking for one vehicle, in front of my garage. (It's a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and cars are as safe here as anywhere!) Other things to note Not wheelchair suitable, but if a person has some mobility issues but can walk, they will be able to access the bathroom, which has a full shower. I do have a stool for the shower if required.
