House close to the beaches

We offer this small stone house on two floors renovated a few years ago. It is located a 10-minute walk from Pors-Hir beach and the Gouffre site, in the heart of the Côte des Ajoncs, between Paimpol and Perros-Guirec. The land has a large courtyard with the house and an extensive garden with sea views on both sides. The space The house of about 90 m² is a 10-minute walk from the beaches and the site of the chasm. It is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with exposed stones and open equipped kitchen. A south-facing veranda. You will also find on the ground floor a bathroom with shower cubicle, bathtub and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed for two people, 2 single beds for children. The garden is in two parts separated by a parking space, on the house side a rough enclosed terrace with barbecue, and on the other a closed garden with picnic table, sun loungers and swings. We provide a travel cot and a baby chair upon request. For hygiene reasons, unfortunately we no longer accept pets. Guest access the rental includes the entire house except for the sideboard in the room that is locked. the open part of the garage (washing machine) the garden and courtyard. Other things to note The mattresses are protected by mattress protectors and a fitted sheet. Similarly, pillow protectors are placed on the pillows. We do NOT provide: duvet covers, pillow covers, towels, tea towels... The pellet stove can be used from October to May
