House with view of sea & mountains!

Modern nordic and beautiful house in newly neighbourhood with shared big pool area and tennis court. Suitable for families, couples and friends who want to experience South Italy's beautiful nature and warm stable climate. The area, where the house is located, is surrounded by olive trees, and the beach are within walking distance. :-) The space One of the major highlights of the house is the covered terrace with panoramic view over The Mediterranean Sea. Here you will probably be enjoying all your meals and perhaps a glass of wine in the evening. The master bedroom with it's own balcony on the first floor is the perfect place to wake up. It has a stunning view over the coastline and The Mediterranean Sea. If your seek quietness, place yourself in the back garden with a book, while enjoying the view of the Apennine Mountains. Guest access As guest in our familyhouse you have access to the entire house. :-) The key will be put in a keybox under the outside kitchen at the house on your arrival day at 15 pm. This gives you the opportunity to check in at night time as well. Please leave the key in the keybox at check out. You also have access to the pool- and tennisarea, which includes a small playground, tabletennis and tablesoccer as well. :-) The pools opens around June and close in October. And you have access to the beachchairs on the beach at Hotel Aquilla, straight in front of Villa Collina. The beach chairs are available in July and August. Other things to note In front of Villa Collina, across the road, there is a small path under the railway, which leads to the beach. There are approximately 700 meters by foot. Remember the keys to the gate at Aquilla. There are sun chairs on the beach for free use from mid June to early September. The house is great for children as well. And for small children there is the opportunity to lock the gates, so they are safe from the road. The kitchen is fully equipped! Linen and towels are included, but please wash and leave clean before departure. Please handel it with respect. Registration Details I applied for a CIN, but haven’t received it yet
