Pet friendly single night stays accepted. Why not escape to this pristine coast for a short break, or stay a night to break the drive on the way up to Byron (2.5hrs drive time). Charming 2-bedroom property with beautiful views of the coast and hinterland. Tastefully appointed, great deck and outdoor lounge, you will love this clean, simple yet charming house with amazing views. The space No separate cleaning fee or additional charges. Accommodation is on the one level with access to large deck. Fresh floorboards are in the living, dining and kitchen areas and every room has stylish touches - it is an upscale beach shack with soul. The bedrooms are carpeted. There are generous living and dining areas, 2 bedrooms and a large balcony, complete with BBQ, where you can relax watching the changing light over the water and surrounding hinterland (great for whale spotting in season). The second bedroom (with twin beds) also has a fold-out bed and is large enough to sleep 3 people. The house has two toilets and one bathroom. At the rear of the house is a tiled laundry area which leads out with level access to the fully fenced rear garden. There is also an outside shower for washing off sand and saltwater. Our part-time manager, Wayne, uses the small flat on the lower level and will most likely be there during your stay Guest access Guests have access to the house, deck and backyard. Although there is a garage it is not available for guests - sorry! Please be aware that the property is on the high side of the road and so there are two sets of stairs (with handrails) to access the house from the street. It is the equivalent of walking up two storeys to arrive at the front door from the street. Our part-time manager, Wayne, uses the small flat on the lower level and he and his wife will be there during your stay. If you are less mobile, please bear this in mind when considering whether or not to our property will be ideal for you. I am happy to provide additional information to you. Other things to note There are great food options at Emerald Beach, from coffee and pastries to start the day at Wired Cafe, amazing burgers for lunch at the new Old General Store, or dining at one of three local restaurants just a stroll away (Mexican; Pizza & Pasta; contemporary). We can also recommend the fish and chips at a Woolgoolga takeaway - Sea Salt. You’ll also find a selection of household basics (toothpaste, milk etc) at the Bottle Shop in town or the Shell service station just right at the roundabout as you leave Emerald Beach.
