Kirra Gardens 15 offers 2 bedrooms, master with king bed and second room with queen bed. Both bedrooms offer ample storage with built in robes. A contemporary style main bathroom and also internal laundry facilities for your convenience. The kitchen features Caesar stone benchtops and stainless-steel appliances including induction cooktop and dishwasher. The air-conditioned lounge room complete with smart TV, Dvd player and Wi-Fi leads seamlessly through the glass bi-fold doors to your private beachside balcony. This is the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean views! Kirra Gardens 15 offers quality fittings and finishes, tiling and feature walls and on trend decor throughout. Kirra Gardens is ideally located across from a world-famous surf point, patrolled beach, surf club and only a short stroll into Coolangatta. It is a favourite for couples and retirees escaping the cold southern winters. *This property is a non smoking building and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises please. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
