Ideal gîte for a large family or group of friends up to 8 to 10 people. The cottage is a detached house in the heart of a chestnut grove. No noise. Gîte on 3 levels: each of levels 2 and 3 has a large bedroom with a double bed, a living room with 1 sofa bed, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 toilet. Remarkable balcony terrace (level 2), shaded by wisteria, with magnificent views overlooking Monts d'Ardèche, facing south, and accessible on the same level as the living room. Outside: a courtyard with 1 garden table + chairs + barbecue - Level 2: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90 x 200) and 1 sink 1 double sofa bed in living room 1 full kitchen 1 bathroom with 1 toilet and 1 sink 1 shower room with 1 shower and 1 sink. Level 2 heating is provided by a wood burning stove (wood provided) and a solar heated floor (which therefore works when there is sun!). - Level 3: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200) 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed (140 x 200) + 1 single bed (80 x 190) (headroom of 0.60 m) 1 double sofa bed in living room 1 full kitchen 1 shower room with 1 shower, 1 sink. Stunning views over the Monts d 'Ardèche. Guest access The hamlet of Chapelèche is accessed by car via a 1.4 km single-lane paved municipal road. This road ends in a cul-de-sac at the hamlet of Chapelèche, where you can turn around (do not park). Private parking is available 50 m from the cottage. In addition, a local bus service connects Valence Ville train station (50 km from the hamlet of Chapelèche) to the town of Saint Sauveur de Montagut located 12 km from Chapelèche, 3 times a day.
