Three bathrooms, one with bathtub; 3 independent toilets; an American kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, spaces dedicated to children (games room, reading room...) Located in Mimizan, north beach, in a quiet area; 250 meters from the ocean, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Close to the forest and bike paths (200 m). On the ground floor: 2 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds, 3 bathrooms, kitchen open to the living room, dining room, laundry room, reading room, TV room and 2 toilets. Upstairs, a large landing converted into a games room (small sofas, games and books for children). +1 toilet. Two bedrooms in a row: one double bedroom and one bedroom with two singles. We stay there very regularly for our holidays and ensure the quality of its equipment and its regular maintenance. Equipment: TV, internet and WIFI (no extra charge), washing machine and dishwasher, oven, electric griddle, large refrigerator and separate freezer, vitroceramic cooktop. Outside: large garden table, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue.
