It is on the corner, has two very bright orientations, very good ventilation and is located in an area of Cullera with a wide range of leisure and restaurants. The apartment has three spacious bedrooms. A full bathroom, an equipped kitchen and two large terraces with access from the dining room and the other from the kitchen. In addition to having 4G wifi, it has a large garage in the basement of the building (which is appreciated in high season), private showers in the building for use after a day at the beach. Other things to note Reservations from July 1 to August 31 must be a minimum of 14 nights, which must be within the first and second half of each month. The fortnights are from the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the 31st, unless more than 14 days are taken. We do not accept reservations with arrival after 10:00 PM. Smoking is allowed but always on the two large terraces available in the apartment.
