The village, nicknamed the "Pearl of Lake Geneva", also offers bars & restaurants and 3 minutes away by car is the village of Yvoire, ranked one of the most beautiful villages in France, as well as Excenevex - the only sandy beach on the lake! Around you have Evian, Thonon, Annecy, Geneva, Mont Blanc, the French Alps and much more! Book soon :) The space The apartment, completely renovated in 2020, is located on the first floor, above the "Restaurant du Lac", and offers many amenities: - A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe to store your clothes and suitcase. We provide the sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases. A travel cot is also available in the apartment if necessary. - A shower room with toilet, hairdryer and towels provided. - An equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, small oven and stove. Provision of dishes, cutlery, pots, a raclette, a fondue and basic necessities: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and olive oil. - A small balcony offering a panoramic view of the boats in the port, - The village is pedestrian. Parking is available at the entrance to the village in the blue zone, free for 3 hours. About a 3-minute walk away, there is a large paid parking lot (€11.50 for 24 hours).
