Lazy Dayz is the perfect complement to a relaxing holiday or weekend away The space The property comes complete with linen, towels and even beach towels provided. It offers both indoor and outdoor dining options, including a substantial alfresco patio with BBQ . Two living areas both with with large screen TV's, airconditioning and log fires for those chilly nights. Three generous bedrooms with queen size beds plus 1 with 2 x single beds (4 bedrooms in total) 2 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with butler's pantry. The master bedroom is upstairs with ensuite, living area, kitchen and outdoor balcony with views. Downstairs there is a games/reading room with games, DVD's and books to choose from. For chilly nights, guests can relax and enjoy the ambience of gas log fires situated in both living areas which are upstairs and down. Guests will have access to dishwasher, washing and ironing facilities , coffee machine, European stove and hotplates and microwave. Hairdryers, airconditioning and ceiling fans are installed to ensure your comfort. An iPod dock is available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras not usually offered in self contained accommodation. If you book the property for 2 or 8 people, the property is yours for the duration of your stay. Portarlington is situated on the Bellarine peninsula and is your undiscovered beachside oasis. You can visit the local wineries, play golf or enjoy some Portarlinton mussels! Stroll along the pier or explore the town and surrounds. There is lots to do in the area. The property has 2 entertainment areas. One with views of the ocean and one undercover with private enclosed back yard. A short stroll to local restaurants, cafes and supermarket. The attractive foreshore, beach and pier are within easy walking distance. Getting there- Leave the car at home and travel in comfort from Melbourne docklands to Portarlington via Port Phillip Ferries. If you prefer to take the car , Portarlington is a short 30 minute drive from Geelong. Guest access All linen is provided and towels. Beach towels also provided. Tea, coffee starter kit, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, European stove and hotplates and microwave. Ironing facilities, hairdryers, aircondtioning and ceiling fans are installed to ensure your comfort. An iPod dock is available for guests to use. Fully equipped with stylish furnishings, spacious living areas, and high-end amenities. Whether you’re cooking in the gourmet kitchen or relaxing on the private deck, you’ll feel right at home. Other things to note Overflow parking is available directly across the road for extra vehicles. Guests are asked not to park on the lawn. The garage is reserved and therefore not available to guests.
