At the back of the unit there is a large public carpark for boats on trailers and a one-minute walk from your apartment brings you to the convenient Boat Ramp facilities. For larger boats, marina berths are at your disposal if you want to keep your boat in the water right on your doorstep. It’s a perfect base for families and groups to enjoy and explore the local area or venture further and discover the wonderful Southwest region of WA. In warmer seasons, you may also encounter mosquitoes and midgies, especially in the evenings. Unfortunately, these insects are part of the natural environment, and there is nothing we can personally do to prevent them. We recommend bringing insect repellent and keeping windows and doors closed whenever possible. While we take all reasonable measures to minimize insects, sightings—particularly in outdoor areas or entry points—may happen from time to time. This is a normal part of living in Australia and does not indicate a cleanliness issue.
