The space Charming 30 m2 studio located on a quiet street close to Siesta Beach and Fort Carré, in absolute calm. You will be delighted to stay in this charming studio, newly renovated and tastefully decorated. It is equipped with a living room with open equipped kitchen (with washing machine), a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed as well as two bunk beds, storage, a bathroom with shower, single vanity unit, toilet. You will have the chance to enjoy a small balcony with sunny sea view all day long thanks to its south-facing exposure. You will be located a few minutes' drive from the heart of the old town, with absolutely all the centers of interest, restaurants, bars, supermarket. The apartment will be ready and clean for your arrival. CLEANING INFORMATION: Cleaning is included free of charge and includes post-stay cleaning as well as bed and bath linen rental by a professional laundry that we also offer. One bath towel per person is included. We also provide welcome kits for your first moments of travel (not for the entire stay as in a hotel) namely: toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, washing machine and dishwasher tablets (if equipped), garbage bag, floor products, kitchen towel... PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge you for cleaning services if you do not respect the apartment (garbage cans emptied, dishes done and put away, respect for fabrics, floors and furniture, respect for sanitary facilities...) Here are the steps our service providers follow when cleaning: - Airing of the rooms. -Cleaning and disinfection of all points of contact (doorknobs, chairs, tables, etc.). - Bed linens and bath linens are washed at high temperatures by a professional laundry service Guest access MASTERLOCK and SELF-CHECK-IN: Please note that in case of self-check-in (late and/or no appointment available) the masterlock to pick up the keys is located in front of our real estate agency.
