Private family holiday home in central village

Well equipped, spacious rustic home, private heated pool & enclosed garden in the heart of the beautiful village of Jumilhac le Grand in the Perigord Vert National Park. Historic château overlooks the river Isle, deer park & open countryside. Something for everyone: canoeing, walking, fishing, panning for gold, rock climbing, tennis, horse riding & cycling. Village shops, local bar & restaurants only 2 minutes away! Ideal for two families or groups of adults & as a base for cyclists or walkers. The space The pool will be heated when the external temperature reaches 20°C. Outside: The garden is completely enclosed and comprises lawn, patio, decking and pool areas. The kitchen door leads to a patio area with BBQ and to the garden which surrounds the house on three sides. The garden features a private 8 x 4 metre heated pool with motion activated alarm. A small decked area overlooks the pool. Wooden patio furniture is provided as is a table tennis table. A range of fishing equipment and some outdoor games are available to borrow. A utility room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes airer, electric water heater and oil-fired central heating boiler leads off kitchen andis opposite a study/office with desk and office chairs. All bed linen and towels are included in the rental price, with the exception of pool towels. If cleaning and linen change is required during the rental period, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house.
