Cleaning Costs: - For stays up to one week, the cleaning fee is 325 € at the end of the stay. - For two-week stays, there is a mid-stay cleaning of 2 hours by 2 persons, costing 80 €, and a full final cleaning at the end of the second week for 325 €. - For three-week stays, it includes two mid-stay cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and another in the middle of the second week), each costing 80 €, and a full final cleaning at the end of the third week for 325 €. 2. Tourist Tax: A fee of 1 € per adult per day applies for the first 7 days. 3. Off-Peak Season Supplements: - For heating, electricity, and gas, there is a supplement of 300 € per week, based on actual consumption. - For monthly rentals, the supplement is 800 € per month, also based on actual consumption. 4. Late Check-in: - From 20:00 to 24:00 hours, there is a supplement of + 45 €. - From 24:00 hours onwards, there is a supplement of + 70 €. - Sundays or holidays: 50 euros.
