Outdoor lounges on the balcony upstairs to enjoy the water views, with BBQ and outdoor dining area on the downstairs patio also with water views of the bay through the trees, brand new well fitted out kitchen with breakfast bar, large oven, stove top, microwave and dishwasher, and an internal laundry with washer and dryer, and carport. Suitable for friends and families travelling together. A porta cot, toddler beds, high chair and baby bath can also be provided however there are stairs in the property and families with young infants may not find the premises suitable. Depending on your fitness level jog, walk or cycle the dedicated bike/walking track in either direction - along the Corlette foreshore or through Nelson Bay to the Nelson Head Heritage Lighthouse or on to Mount Tomaree headlands. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort. Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered. A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa. You can check in anytime between the hours of 3pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
