House with garden directly on the lake

Vacation home directly on the lake for 6 people. The house measures 60 sqm with 2 bedrooms, garden, large terrace, veranda and private parking. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a double sink and rain shower. The house has a washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi. From the garden you can access the lake. The space The house is located inside the Tre Capitelli Village where there is a bar, restaurant, pizzeria, a supermarket, tennis court, swimming pool, flight ball court, children's playground and windsurfing school with boat rental open from July to August. Other things to note The accommodation does not have sheets, towels, and toilet paper. Sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. We provide a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax of €1 per night for those over 13 years of age.
