It is just a 1 minute walk to the Marsden Bay beach/ playground and a 10 minute walk to Marden Cove Marina complex. Perfect for a summer family holiday. As a kid we enjoyed our summers in this kiwi bach. The space Two bedrooms with open plan kitchen, dining and living. Deck catching all day sun with a lawn for the kids to play. Room for a boat and facilities to clean. Addition to bach - there is a sleepout available which sleeps 4 (queen bed and a set of bunks) with it's own toilet and shower.
