Upon arrival, you can unload your luggage under the house and then you can leave your car in the Baldaccio parking lot (free). Il Sognaposto is the ideal solution for those who need a cozy home for vacation or work or have to go to the Tuscan Surgical Center. The space The Sognaposto consists of 2 independent apartments in style, with exposed beams, parquet, air conditioning, free wifi, flat screen TV in each room. Each apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a coffee machine and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Guest access The apartment has air conditioning, heating, free wifi, an electric coffee machine with pods, and a television in each room. The residence is very close to the Tuscan Surgical Center. For pleasure or for work, we can assure you a pleasant stay. Free parking is a few meters away. The tourist tax is 3 euros per day for those over 12 years of age and will be requested at the property at the time of check-in.
